You've got mail!

Please Mister Postman, look and see. If there's a letter in your bag for me...

Deliver the letter, the sooner the better...

Anyone recognize the lyrics from above? "Please, Mr. Postman" by The Marvelettes ring a bell? Blame it on car rides with the radio dial set to Motown or watching Mom Sweatin' to the Oldies with Richard Simmons, but to this day I'm still a fan of music from the 50's and 60's. Well, this song was the first thing that popped into my head this evening after my husband came in with our mail. Okay, so maybe it was the third thing that I thought about right after, "What the heck?!" and Elvis' "Return to Sender."

It may be small, but pay close attention to the Sender Name in the upper left hand corner of the envelope...

Funnier than the title of the journal to me was the preceding text, "Free Examination Privilege." Really? Doesn't anyone proof read their work anymore and consider how it may be interpreted should it accidentally fall into the hands of a clearly immature at times woman and her equally occasionally immature hubby?

I can only hope that the former owner and intended recipient is not Mrs. Margaret Whatshername but Doctor Margaret Whatshername. Otherwise it's just weird and creepy!
