Home Tour Tuesday---Deck the Halls

Hey friends! It's Tuesday and that can only mean one thing---Home Tour Tuesday! I must admit, this week's Holiday theme has me as excited as ever to take an inside look into your homes to see how each of y'all deck your own halls! And if you can't tell by my plethora of pictures, I absolutely love Christmas!

{Warning: Serious picture overload ahead!}

The Kitchen

The Dining Room

Powder Room

Me seconds before I ...

tripped and fell over my own feet right in the middle of a shot!

Family Room

My mother made this Christmas book for me in 1980 for my first Christmas. It is an ABC book of Christmas. It's my most treasured Christmas decoration of all and one day soon, Sweet Bean will have a book just like mine to call her own.

This elf has been in the family since 1976. He finds his place somewhere among the Christmas decorations every year!

The Sitting Room

Stairs

Guest Bedroom

Guest Bath

Candy, candy, everywhere!

Outside

Our backyard

Front of the house

If you're in the neighborhood, stop on by! I know one sweet someone that'd be happy to see you!

Next week's Home Tour Tuesday theme is: Trim the Tree. Take lots of photos of your Christmas tree and get ready to share 3 to 5 of your favorite Christmas ornaments, plus the story behind what makes them special.  Daphne and I can't wait to see y'all back here next week and as always, thanks for participating!

{Have you entered the Stella & Dot and Friedasophie Jewelry giveaways? You won't want to miss these!}

Be Merry!

Wow...you really add XMas decorations to the guest bedroom?? You are good. I love it all. I think I may have seen a few Target finds in there. The fact that you guys have candy all around the house is great. I know I have seen you do that for other holidays. I would be 900 lbs. by the end of the season! And the book that your mom made you and that little elf are so special. I am sure you treasure them dearly. I truly love your style. Your home is so cozy and welcoming. You are truly blesses. Okay, where the heck is your recipe?? Weren't we supposed to include that? Unless I am reading wrong these days which is pretty possible...LOL! Have a great day :0

OMG! Your house is to die for! Beautiful!
I love the big pic of Santa on your book shelves, the little elf, and your Christmas Book that your mother made. How special is that! What a wonderful keepsake to have. I have a Christmas Book that I started too that you document what happened each Christmas, but it's nothing like that!

Your house looks beautiful! WE have littl touches all over our house too for the Season, but your house puts ours to shame, ha!

Great post! Miss G, fab and adorable as ever!

Can you pass me some peanut M&Ms through the computer. Yummy. We always had a dish of those growing up in my house too! If I did that now, though Hubs and I would eat the whole thing! I don;t have the will power, ha!

Hi Shannon, your home looks so lovely!!! You have so much talent, I need to fly you up here to Cleveland to help me out!!
You don't know how bummed I am that I have nothing to link up to today! The flu has really thrown a monkey wrench into our holiday plans and this working momma's time is stretched so thin as it is! I am still not feeling 100% and either is Jillian. Jeff is starting to fight off the bug now a bit too so it has been a bit of a challenge for us this week, that is for sure. I feel accomplished just putting my porch topiaries out and cleared off my mantel today on my day off just to START decorating. Hopefully things will improve here soon.

I miss chatting with you, I feel like we were glued at the hip for weeks between the blog makeover and the ornament exchange. I feel a bit lost without you! LOL! Honestly, your home is beautiful. Such a lovely place for GG to grow up in. Talk to you soon!
