Too pooped to participate

Honestly friends, the title of this post could be my slogan lately. Regardless of my day, I find the hour growing later and later with each passing night before I'm finally able to give into the yawns, groggy eyes, and annoying glances from Hubs and call it quits.

As for what's been keeping me up way past my bedtime, well let's just say you'll have to wait until Monday to learn all about the little secret I've been keeping.

And despite comments left on a previous post that may get you thinking otherwise, I don't want any of y'all to be disappointed---I promise there's no bun in this oven!

But speaking of being tired, the other weekend I caught this film of Gillian Grace as we made our way home after an outing to the Eastern Shore. I'm not sure if it was all the fun she had earlier that day, or the fact that we were listening to the Florida vs. Alabama game on the radio, but our Sweet Bean was just too pooped to participate!

What's keeping you up late these days?

{Stay tuned for a new feature next week: Home Tour Tuesdays hosted by Flip Flops and Pearls and me. Get your cameras ready, ladies! I'll announce next week's theme shortly!}

OMG..how funny as she gently opens her eyes and then decides to close them again...LOL! My kids to that too. I guess she wasn't really into the game :) I have been feeling the same way lately. There really just isn't enough hours in the day. If there is no bun in the oven, that waht is keeping you up? Can't wait...we'll see if my guess is correct.

Love how those little eyes pop open every now and then.
Are you drinking too much caffeine in the afternoon or evening?
Maybe you just have insomnia. Have you talked to the doc about it?
I'm a late night person by nature, but that's partly because I'm up doing laundry, making school lunches for the next day and getting my house back to looking like human beings live in it instead of barn animals.
I'll tell you what. I love my kiddos to death,but they are little piglets and they don't care how messy things are.

My list of a million things I should have done yesterday is keeping me up at night! Sigh. All in good time:)
